An Mai is Chairman and Co-founder of IMT Solutions, a technology company focused on AI-native software engineering, helping enterprises turn AI experimentation into governed, measurable software delivery. He also serves as Chairman of ITD Group Corporation, a listed Vietnamese technology group with businesses spanning digital services, smart infrastructure and data centers, and is an active member of the Swiss Finance + Technology Association (SFTA).

An began his career in Silicon Valley and has more than 25 years of experience building and leading technology operations across Asia, Europe and North America, working with global organizations including Alcatel-Lucent, Nortel, NTT, Oracle and a leading Swiss healthcare group.

Today, An works with enterprises and financial institutions on AI adoption, AI-augmented software engineering, hyperautomation and digital transformation. He is particularly interested in how organizations can move from isolated AI pilots to practical, scalable AI capabilities, combining technology, governance and human expertise. He also supports and incubates AI-focused ventures and serves on boards in data center infrastructure and smart transportation.
