Burak Pekmezci is the General Manager of Roche Pharma Vietnam and serves as a Board Member of Pharma Group (the pharmaceutical subcommittee of EuroCham Vietnam).

With over two decades of global pharmaceutical leadership, Burak has consistently driven healthcare transformation efforts, worked on expanding patient access to innovative therapies, and strengthening healthcare systems across diverse markets in Turkey, Middle East and Asia. His past leadership experience includes playing a pivotal role in boosting immunization rates and safeguarding public health as well as pioneering vaccines technology transfer initiatives in various markets including Vietnam.

At Roche Pharma Vietnam—with a three-decade legacy of partnership in the country—Burak leads initiatives together with his team, focused on co-creating sustainable healthcare solutions and improving health outcomes. Burak remains deeply committed to advancing comprehensive, sustainable, and patient-centric healthcare across the region.
