Dr. Mirjam Staub-Bisang is Chair of SIFEM, the Swiss Development Finance Institution, and Chair of BlackRock Asset Management Switzerland. She also serves on the Investment Committee of British International Investment (BII), the UK’s development finance institution, as well as on several boards and investment committees in Switzerland and internationally.

Previously, she was CEO and Country Head of BlackRock Switzerland and a member of BlackRock’s EMEA Executive Committee. She has more than 25 years of experience in investment management and finance, spanning asset management, private markets and investment banking, with broad exposure to institutional and private investors across public and private markets. Mirjam holds a PhD in Law from the University of Zurich and an MBA from INSEAD and is the author of several books on sustainable and infrastructure investing.
