Founder & CEO of Genorare
Dr. Quy Vo-Reinhard
Dr. Quy Vo-Reinhard is a serial entrepreneur building at the intersection of healthcare AI, privacy engineering, and rare disease medicine. She is the Founder and CEO of Genorare, where she develops privacy-preserving AI diagnostics for rare diseases using Fully Homomorphic Encryption to analyze encrypted genomic and clinical data without exposing patient information.
She holds a PhD in Computational Biomedicine from RWTH Aachen and has spent two decades founding and scaling technology ventures across Europe and Asia. Her work is driven by a clear mission: to make invisible patient data visible in a secure, clinically useful way that accelerates diagnosis and improves outcomes.
Before Genorare, she co-founded dHealth Intelligence, where she built blockchain-based solutions for healthcare data sovereignty, and through V-Space Global she developed AI-driven platforms to identify and nurture emerging talent across Europe and Asia.
Dr. Vo-Reinhard also teaches at ZHAW and FHNW in Switzerland and is a dedicated mentor and advocate for women in STEAM. She is committed to building a future where the next generation of founders, scientists, and decision-makers reflects the full breadth of human talent.
