Mr. Lutz Christoph Koch, LL.M, specializes in corporate structuring, market entry, and international trade law.

He is licensed to practice law in Germany and a registered foreign lawyer in Vietnam.

Since February 2011 he has been working as a lawyer for a German international law firm where his main task was the counseling of German enterprises conducting legal and economic transactions in Germany and Southeast Asia.

From 2013 until 2017 Lutz was the Managing Director of an International law firm in Yangon, counseling local and international companies, and organizations on all legal topics for the market entry, corporate set-up and all business relevant legal topics.

He joined Rödl in April 2017 as the head of our Yangon office. In January 2022 Lutz joined the Rödl team in Vietnam and currently holds the position of Managing Director Hanoi.
