Professor Dr. Omid Aschari is a globally recognized expert in leadership, strategy, and system transformation. He is the Founder of ASG Strategy Group AG and currently serves as Senior Strategy Advisor for European Asian Business Management, Executive Education, at the University of Zurich.

He was the Founding Director of the SIM-HSG Master’s program at the University of St. Gallen, which ranked #1 globally by the Financial Times for 14 years. He has also served as Senior Advisor to the United Nations Global Compact, overseeing the PRME initiative, and has taught or spoken at institutions and forums including Cambridge, SciencesPo, WEF Davos, and the UN General Assembly Week.
